Processing Returns

You may process returns on products or services availed through Us on the following grounds:

1. If the product has failed to meet either of following/s:

  • a. Undisclosed damage;
  • b. Incorrect or missing items;
  • c. Items not as described.

Please report the problem in either by clicking the "Return" option on the "Order Dashboard" or by writing to us at The Company upon receiving a return request products from you, will ask you to share the pictures or videos of all the tags intact and ensure that it does not look used and within 24 hours of delivery with the customer care of the Company, but returns are not available for products bought via a sale or offer (after 24 hours the order will be considered satisfactorily completed and no payment will be refunded for the same until seller agrees for the same). In the case of exchanges our third-party logistics partners would pick up the product within 2-3 days and the product to be exchanged shall be subject to a damage check by the quality team of the Company. Only upon satisfaction of the Company’s customer care that the product is damaged or expired, your replacement request shall be approved and shall process a full refund for the product.

In the above-mentioned case, the Company upon satisfaction after receiving the pictures or videos from the User and after the User sends, shall process the return through our third party logistics company to the User. The User shall be responsible to bear the costs for the return courier sent by the User. after 24 hours the order will be considered satisfactorily completed and no payment will be refunded for the same until seller agrees for the same.

Processing Refunds

Once order payment is done on Platform and if you wish to cancel the order and get the refund. Go to your profile page under order or sold items and cancel the order and get 100% instant refund within 24 hours of order booking,

The Company provides refunds to the customers on the following grounds:

  • 1. Order Status: Before packing. 100 % refund before packing
  • 2. Order Status: Item packed. 95% Refund after deducting packaging charges
  • 3. Order Status: Item picked up. 90% Refund after deducting packaging charges and logistic charges.
  • 4. Order Status: Item shipped/under transit. If your order is in under transit and not delivered even after 30 days and you do not wish to wait further, you can cancel the order and obtain 100 % refund by emailing


As a customer, you have the right cancel your Registration by contacting "".

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any Registration:

  • a. If it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  • b. If it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or
  • c. If it suspects a User has posted defamatory statements on the Platform
  • d. if the Company does not want to do business with the User

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any Bookings placed by them in future.
